Mr. Lydon Joseph Farrugia Vella
Lydon has been tutoring, sharing his skills and experience with students who have been seeking to pass their Tax & Accounting examinations over the past three (3) years. Lydon, currently lectures extensively on taxation, specialising on TX ACCA subject.
Lydon spent over fifteen (15) years of work experience in the tax sector. Presently working at the Office of the Commissioner for Revenue and forms part of the Operations Directorate in a Senior Management role. Lydon has also obtained hands on experience, dealing with clients locally and internationally in providing tax advisory services in the Private Sector.
Lydon is an alumnus of the university of Malta, and a member of the Institute of Accountants. He sees learning as a way of life, is a great believer in the universal laws, and is devoted to personal development.

To unwind, Lydon enjoys traveling around with his wife. In addition to that, he enjoys delving into the realms of fictional, drama, and motivational book genres. Aside from this, Lydon also enjoys playing squash with his friends.
Ms. Mandy Marie Fenech
Mandy graduated as an accountant from the University of Malta and has over 14 years of experience in the area of taxation. In 2008, she joined the tax function of a leading audit firm where she assisted domestic and international clients with their income tax and VAT compliance obligations and also provided tax advisory services.
In 2019, Mandy continued her career in taxation with the Office of the Commissioner for Revenue where she now holds a senior position within the Legal and Technical Function of the International and Corporate Tax Unit. She currently offers assistance to taxpayers and tax practitioners by replying to requests for clarification concerning various areas of taxation, including the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive, share transfers, and tax consolidation and is involved in the drafting of tax legislation and guidelines.
During her career, Mandy lectured in the course leading to a VAT Diploma and continues to provide a number of in-house training sessions to colleagues on a regular basis. For a number of years Mandy was a marker for the ACCA with respect to the Foundation Taxation Exam (Malta variant).

Mandy enjoys trekking, swimming and travelling. She also loves to read and is particularly interested in Maltese history.
